What Body Agent Does

Body Agent is an AI-powered health and productivity agent. It connects to your wearable (WHOOP), Google Calendar, Stripe, and Calendly to schedule health behaviors, manage your calendar based on recovery data, and provide personalized insights via Telegram. You must be at least 18 years old to use Body Agent.

Data We Collect

When you connect your accounts, we access:

• WHOOP: Recovery score, sleep data, HRV, workouts, and journal entries
• Google Calendar: Calendar events (read and write) to schedule behaviors and detect open slots
• Gmail: Send-only access to email reschedule requests on your behalf
• Stripe: Revenue data (read-only) for performance correlation
• Calendly: Scheduled events and reschedule links
• Telegram: Chat messages with the bot for AI-powered conversations

How We Use Your Data

• Schedule health behaviors on your calendar based on recovery and availability
• Send reschedule emails to meeting attendees when recovery is low
• Generate morning briefings and proactive nudges via Telegram
• Correlate health patterns with revenue trends to surface insights
• Log WHOOP workouts to your Google Calendar

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Your health data is never shared with meeting attendees — only generic scheduling messages are sent.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Body Agent:

• OpenAI (GPT-4o) for AI analysis and schedule generation
• Vercel for hosting
• Supabase for database
• Telegram Bot API for messaging

Data Deletion

You can disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard or by sending /unlink to the Telegram bot. To request full data deletion, contact us at the email below.
